Google’s CEO Sundar Pichai Becomes CEO of Parent Company “Alphabet”

Sundar Pichai becomes the CEO of Alphabet. Google co-founder Larry Page is stepping back as search giant’s parent companies in favor of Sundar Pichai. Sergey Brin, the co-founder and President of Alphabet is resigning from his post as the president of Alphabet.

Alphabet and Google never again need two CEOs and a President. Going ahead, Sundar Pichai will be the CEO of both Google and Alphabet. He will be the official responsible for directing Google and dealing with Alphabet.

In a blog post, Pichai has given a statement that this transition will not affect the Alphabet structure or its work. He says that he will be more focus to build Google more helpful for everyone. At the same time, he is very excited about the Alphabet and its long-term focus on tackling big challenges through technology.
